Hi. I am in Osprey, Fl. I have a 1985 red 700sc that is just finishing a minor restoration including re-powder coated Hondaline engine guards. About 17,000 miles. Original turn signals, led bulbed headlight, gas guage works, no rust, bright paint and coated gas tank. Vacuum petcock replaced with a manually operated one for reliability. Runs like a top. I may be selling it in the near future. I would want top dollar for it. Yours sounds like it is a gem also. Would you consider sending me a private email with what it sells for? There is one high priced 700sc (84 or 85 I think) at a used bike dealer ship that is still for sale after about a year at around $4500. I also have a brand new chrome engine guard in the box.
