My '83 CB650SC-D sat dormant for 22 years and the brake fluid crystalized 
into something the consistency of brown sugar (sorry, no pictures). 
Considering brake fluid is supposed to be replaced every 2 years, I only 
missed its service 11 times! LOL

As you service your front brakes, also completely disassemble and clean the 
brake reservoir assembly and make sure the brake lines are clean (a good 
time to upgrade to stainless lines).
