Too soon to tell, because it's somewhat sporadic. I did think it had something 
to do with opening too many tabs, as if the JavaScript code declines to 
download the content until I open the tab, and if I wait too long it declines 
anyway. But Safari has issues with JavaScript even after the update. Yahoo! 
sites and some others routinely produce a spinning beach ball of doom; I think 
it's the ads more than the websites themselves. Restarting Safari does not seem 
to help with those sites.
