config files: Nimscript and Nim compiler documentation inconsistency

Yeah well, everything that it has been said is correct. :-)

I'm looking forward to the day where we only have `.nims` files left but with a 
different internal implementation that isn't a pita to work with... Tried to do 
that and failed so far.
