we still don't have a real performance regression tests in stdlib (only very few tests with very loose timing constraints, some of which actually got a lot worse, eg due to tables.nim going back to what it was before pseudorandom probing, see <https://github.com/timotheecour/Nim/issues/82#issuecomment-625613116> and <https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/pull/13440>)
