How to avoid deprecation notice for libraies supporting multi-version of Nim?

I use `choosenim 1.4.0` on linux.

To reproduce 
    
    
    git clone https://github.com/jackhftang/lrucache.nim.git -b remove_rightsize
    nimble test
    
    
    Run
