Is experimental "parallel" compatible with "--gc:arc"?

  * There is a Nim specific valgrind suppression file in `tools/nimgrind.supp` 
that you can use.
  * Report compiler crashes on github.
  * `parallel` is expected to work? The code has been ported but it's known to 
be so buggy that it's currently unusable. :-)
