[kak-lsp](https://github.com/kak-lsp/kak-lsp) as the LSP client and 
[nim-lsp](https://nimble.directory/search?query=nimlsp). Kakoune is close to 
what you would get if someone kicked the quirks out of Vim, 
simplified/orthogonalised it and threw half of the key bindings away.
