Library for making lightweight Electron-like HTML/JS GUI applications

Back then i just used plain asynchttp server (with a bit of self written 
routing and static file handling), Today I would go for prologue but to be 
fair, I did not have written an app that had the above features in prologue 
yet, so I don't know how they compare.
