How to sum the values of a table?

I agree that those methods of summing are nicer, but the real noticible issue 
is the limitation of the method call syntax, which means we have that in my 
view fugly `toSeq(iterator)`. Very much loses the "Uniform" part of UFCS when 
it has limitations like that, especially since it's fairly commonly ran into.
