Well, let me add to the chaos: without `--gc:arc`, I consistently get around 11k passes per 5s. With `--gc:arc`, I randomly get either 3k or 10k when I run the same binary multiple times. Does ARC introduce something half-deterministic, maybe memory alignment related?
