As soon as Unicode operators are supported people are going to start writing their own/overloads and I expect it to result in an unreadable mess.
Typing them requires hardware support and I don't think anybody could reasonably say they have _not enough_ keyboard combinations in their life. Most programming languages are alphabetic, as most spoken languages, and for a good reason. I don't see much benefit in shifting Nim in the logographic direction, especially considering Nim traditionally has words for some operators where many others use symbols.
