How to make Nim more popular

`cgi.decodeData` is used in many Nim web packages. So it is hard to 
deprecate/remove. The docs of Nim is keep improving but still needs helps from 
more people(the Nim core team(araq and Miran) is too small so they must put 
efforts on high priority things)
