BTW i have played around with my boom mic a bit and... all i managed to do was catch my headphone's rattle, they rattle quite a bit xD... the problem is that i speak VERY quietly and so reducing mic sensitivity even further than it already is will result to no audio at all... got OBS set to -35 dB and then a 30 dB gain after that so that i filter out as much noise as possible. Wish i had an AI to help me here xD...
