Okay i will fix the chapter/sub-chapter titles.
On the quality issue, YouTube is taking forever to process the HD version nowadays for some reason... i know that now i get a message/timer that it's taking time checking for copyrighted content so it takes longer, but then it takes quite a while after that for 1440p 60 fps which is what i am uploading now. Though 1440p 60 fps might be the culprit here, the filesize is barely anything though, 235 MB which is nothing.
