This doesn't look right, but it depends on your hardware.

1\. Make sure you're on the latest build of OBS. The strength parameter for the
RNNoise is about to be merged in
([#3299](https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/3299)) and it can do
harm without it. I advice moving it later in the chain. Address [the
guide](https://indiscipline.github.io/post/voice-sound-reference/) for more
concrete suggestions on dealing with noise and using denoisers.

2\. _Just_ decreasing gain in hopes of reducing noise is meaningless, because
mic sensitivity changes with preamp gain (as well as mic's self noise), so you
reduce both the levels of picked up noise and the signal.

3\. Depends on your setup (hardware and OS), but OBS probably can't control the
real hardware gain of your mic preamp. It's important to set it right first of
all.

4\. The settings for the expander are most probably too harsh, depending on
where your signal RMS sits most of the time. If the it's near of the expander
threshold you risk cutting the vocals, if it's much higher, you leave too much
of that delta unaffected while cutting strongly below the threshold.
