Could it not perhaps be that `nimOverrideAllocator` would only undefine the 
`allocImpl`, `deallocImpl`, etc... functions so that they must defined by the 
user or the program would not run? This would still allow to rely entirely on 
the existing mechanics, including the inlining of such functions.
