Sorry to be blunt, but your reaction is emotionally immature and you're not actually accomplishing anything with this attitude.
Expressing your opinion and frustrations is perfectly valid, but this post is more a cry for attention with a scorched mentality of doing as much damage as possible before leaving : it doesn't help anyone and it doesn't improve the language
