Translating "Nature of Code" to Nim - Which graphics library should I use?

Thanks for sharing the book. I am looking forward to see your Nim's 
translation. Pietroppeter's advice seems fine to me, I don't do UI so I can't 
help much but link you to the official nim curated list: 
<https://github.com/ringabout/awesome-nim#web-technology> It doesn't do an UI 
comparison but at least you know which libraries there are out there. Note that 
c and cpp backend are compatible but not with the js backend. When using a JS 
library, you will have to use only js backend.
