I have the same issue, but I still like to be able to include whole dirs even if nimsuggests complains about it. I think we can fix that by making a fakeImport pragma that wraps around our imports to disable them. That way nimsuggest still sees the import (or whatever we deactivate using that) and doesn't complain but upon template expension is doesn't get run. The main issue with that it that it's still gets compiled, just not used at runtime.
