cool. more examples: xml and json files, serializing or changing a value, xpath 
style perhaps. downloading a file over the internet, sending an email, 
connecting to nntp, receiving a feed. creating a small gui app. connecting to 
sqlite, and storing state or records in it. stuff like that, simple, local, no 
setup, low memory overhead.
