Hot reload & Alternatives - Mac Support (ARM and x86)

Hello, I'm new to Nim trying to get this hot code reload going with Karax / 
prologue. I'm having a hard time finding working examples. Tried using a task 
runner/reloader and it doesn't kill the `app` binary after file changes :/
