Wow, I have found it.

I have looked at the file in my disk and it is different to the one in GitHub 
for `v1.6.10`.

I have never opened that file, but while doing an AoC exercise I renamed a 
symbol using [this VS Code extension](https://github.com/pragmagic/vscode-nim) 
and the rename modified `sequtils.nim`!
