If such a committee has to be created, here are the main goals that they have to seek according to me :
1- Unify the docs: All the links in <https://nim-lang.org/documentation.html> can be a real source of confusion. They should be assembled in two documentations: a better version of the manual, and a better version of the modules docs. 2- A better version of the manual: Instead of a single page manual, we should have a kind of online book that really teaches how Nim works. 3- A better API doc: The modules docs can be kept, but they need a lot of improvement. 4- A multilingual manual: The docs of the modules are just the comments in the source files, I think they can stay in English and everybody should be able to understand. But the manual should be translated. Automatic translation tools are not 100% reliable. Then we can use them to go fast, but we must let a native speaker of the destination language review the output before publishing it.
