Why I stopped programming in Nim

I've had a similar issue when trying to get friends running Windows to work 
with it. Always false positives. I think it's because someone once wrote 
malware in Nim and exotic signature of it caused by being written with Nim was 
taken to mean that all software in it is malware. I don't know what a good 
solution for that would be.
