How to make os (e.g. ubuntu) interpret nimscript shebang

`nimcr` helps with making the output consistent as well. It captures the 
compilation output and only if the program doesn't compile is that used as 
output, otherwise only the program output will be written to stdout. This is 
useful if you need to pipe your output into another script.
