Nimwave - build TUIs for the terminal, web, and desktop

The [starter project](https://github.com/ansiwave/nimwave_starter) has a bunch 
of stuff but like it says in the readme you only need to focus on common.nim, 
which is <300 lines. The rest is platform specific code that you probably don't 
need to care about for now. I could've hidden most of it in the library but 
then you wouldn't be able to customize it. Hope that helps, good luck :D
