Suggestion to improve proc type infer, and some complains

I was trying to point out the fact that an anonymous proc without parameter 
type is currently supported by `=>`, but cannot have `void` return type. Not 
that I support the new syntax. I think the documentation for `=>` should be 
added with some warnings that some kind of expressions might not work.
