How to update a nimble package?

The problem I had was not with pkgs/pkgs2... I do not have the package in pkgs, 
only in pkgs2. Given the answers, I suppose the `rm -rf` way is correct 
although I find it bizarre. It would be great to have a `nimble update PACKAGE` 
command.
