How to make a tray system icons?

How to make a tray system icons? i googled and only found: 
<https://github.com/treeform/windy> this does not suit me because I write on 
another graphical framework (webui) I also found this post 
<https://github.com/nim-lang/needed-libraries/issues/83> but I have no idea how 
to use tray.c in nim-lang. Tried with c2nim but doesn't work. Can you help?
