It may help to narrow the goal, made it formal and very specific, what exactly you want. And also collect analytics about Nim users, stats from GitHub, how many people use, what kind of problems they try to solve, what's the retention, how many people who use Nim years ago still using it today etc.
And when you have the very specific goal and the data, examine it, and maybe there will be some ideas...
