IC will absolutely not blow away two filesystem checks and startProcess. The context here is scripting. If you've admined a cPanel system where there are tons of mysterious additional files running things, or managed a bunch of small-time websites in WordPress or Laravel setups or other weird things, the thing to appreciate about scripts is that you don't have to go looking for the source, you don't have to run a program just to ask it what it even is, you can look at the source. And edits are much rarer than executions.
`nimcr` is not a version of `nim r`. It's as described. `nim r` isn't doing more than it should, it's doing something different. It's not for shebang scripts.
