Hello `nph`, an opinionated source code formatter for Nim

No sorting or other reorganisation of imports planned for `nph` due to the 
order being semantically significant in nim (top-level statement execution 
order, generics bugs and so on). Sounds like a job for a separate tool (like 
python).
