HTTP/2 Support?

I worked around this space (due to gRPC) a year or two ago. Problem came down 
to Google brought some annoying SSL extensions in to the fold and we didn't 
support it. I did a minute amount of work upstream to bring us closer. Not sure 
if anyone ever finished that part.
