Depends what you mean by production ready :). The project appears to be healthy; it has a good structure, tests, documentation, lots of functionality, development is active.
I cannot speak about stability or maintainability since these criteria can only be determined over time and the project is still young. There are a lot of effort put into the framework and HapticX seems to want to build commercial product with it so it is fair to assume the development effort will not slow down.
