There seems to be a post about this once every month. I recommend a note on the top of the: <https://nim-lang.org/install_windows.html> page about false positives, as well as a stickied post on the forums like PMunch said. Both locations need to be used, as some may just tunnel vision into a download button/link and then come to the forums missing the first note.
