Best REGEX library for targeting both JS and C

I want to write validators for forms that will be used in the frontend and 
backend, one nim code, twice the usage. But for that I want to know what regex 
libraries are fully compatible so I don't run in the problem of a pattern 
working differently in one of the targets. Any light on the subject is 
appreciated
