Tesseract and Leptonica

Updated Futhark now to 0.12.3. Turns out it was a new feature in libclang 17 
which wasn't implemented yet. After fixing a small typo on line 17 of your 
sample it now compiles. Tested it on one of my own images and it rotates it, so 
it seems to work as intended.
