Why is docgen not producing the 'dochack.js' file? Nim v1.6.8-2.0.2

Ahhhh I see thanks @amadan. I agree, it should just generate it every time. 
This is something I might be able to fix myself finally lol. Will make a PR 
soon I don't see why that wouldn't be accepted.
