Nim on the go: Smartphone, termux and ... "no" docs.

IDK where, if anywhere, choosenim installs docs locally, so i downloaded some 
of the docs pages with commands like `wget -r -np -l 1 -p -k 
https://nim-lang.org/docs/lib.html`, which works, but for some reason the 
browser doesn't load the css file...
