Wrapping ESP-IDF for embedded - Futhark - PlatformIO

Hi, creator of Futhark here! Haven't looked at the library you're trying to 
wrap but I can pretty much guarantee that it isn't too complex. I've wrapped 
FreeRTOS with the full SDK for a chip before, so definitely doable. What 
exactly are you trying to wrap? I might be able to take a look.
