Nim Killer Fullstack App

I guess i should clarify what i mean by `i agree...`. I think Nim still needs 
the right kind of web framework, alluded to by the OP. Whether it is adopted by 
the masses is not as important to me as it is that Nim users or potential users 
have the framework they need. Certain needs are already met by the existing 
servers and frameworks, but Nim does not have a Laravel+Livewire/Inertia, Nuxt, 
or Sveltekit, or a better Nim-ified version of these.
