choosenim: what is the development state?

Sorry that was not my intention but I briefly remembered how it was like to be 
part of this community a couple of years ago and my blood boiled. We have made 
so much progress to be a more civilized community, and that's fantastic. As 
someone that already involved in a big community project that needs constant 
maintenance, I don't think I could volunteer, but why couldn't you announce 
your intentions to fork the project under the nim org and ask for volunteers to 
help you with the task?
