well, both I guess. When you open a file the scroll offset starts at 0 so the
first line is at the top, but the editor also tries to keep a gap between the
cursor and the edge of the screen, so every time the cursor moves it scrolls so
the cursor is somewhere in the center of the screen. But I'll polish that up at
some point. Also right now you could scroll past the end of the file as far as
you want, I'll probably add a limit there as well. But these issues aren't the
highest prio for me right now. If it really bothers you please create an issue
and I'll fix it sooner ^^
