Which VSCode plugin do you recommend?

I'm unaware if you resolved this problem already, but for people who were 
looking to diagnose this `could not load: pcre64.dll` issue and have installed 
nim from scoop like me, add `"$(scoop prefix nim)\bin"` to your `Path` 
variable. The manifest doesn't do this by default (though there's an issue 
about it at the time of writing).
