execution exe error: could not load: sqlite3_64.dll ,ENV:win10 gcc mingw64 nim 2.08

DLL next to your .exe file，i already do this ,dll from 
<https://www.sqlite.org/2024/sqlite-dll-win-x64-3460000.zip.no> helpful. and i 
try to rename the dll to “sqlite3_64.dll”,it work.It's a bit funny.
