After very hard coding (especially for windows header to nim converter, I felt I am in hell)... I am happy to introduce [Winim 2.0](https://github.com/khchen/winim). In this version, all windows API and constant definitions are translated from MinGW's headers files. And of course, it is ready for nim compiler version 0.18.
