The use of TLSF GC in the new release (0.18) of nim caught my eye. Can the core developers explain
1. the background 2. how to turn it on? 3. where it is expected to perform well 4. how it compares to other GCs in nim 5. are there any other applications/languages using TLSF? (I saw a reference to Linux using it).
