The current overload scoring system is documented in the manual and is easy to compute in one's head (well I can do it easily...). It's certainly much less code than `clang`'s implementation of C++ overload resolution. Plus it allows to introduce your refinement ideas via the proc `complexDisambiguation`. I don't see many problems here.
