`finish.exe` is an **optional** step, if it fails that doesn't mean Nim doesn't 
work. Why it fails I can only guess. You downloaded the 64bit Nim distribution 
for your 32 bit machine? Some antivir software decided to run mad? what does 
finish.exe when you start it from cmd.exe?
